Admission Process

STEP 1. SEND US YOUR DOCUMENTS

Citizens of foreign countries can choose any of the faculties and study directions available at the Uzbek Universities. Information about the faculties and study programs of the universities can be obtained on our website.

Students can easily apply online by filling in the form on our website. You can also send us the following documents by email or fax.

To get an Admission letter from the Uzbek University we require the following documents:

  •  Copy of International passport or ID Card
  •  Filled Application Form
  •  Copy of High School Certificate
  •  Copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (if the student applies for a Master’s degree)

STEP 2. GET AN ADMISSION CONFIRMATION LETTER

As soon as you are accepted, we will send you the Admission Confirmation Letter through email in one working day. We will also send you the Invoice to cover your first-year fee!

STEP 3. COVER THE COMPLETE FIRST YEAR FEE

To get the Invitation Letter for your VISA you will have to provide us with the followings:

  • Payment Check covering Invitation charges, Courier charges, and Complete First Year Fee
  • Copy of International Passport (should be valid for at least 2 years)
  • Copy of School Certificate (marks included)

You can transfer payment by bank transfer or by Western Union. Mention that you are required to cover the Complete First Year Fee according to the Invoice provided by the University.

After receiving the documents and payment, we will send you the Invitation letter, Admission Confirmation letter, and Visa Support Letter by courier.

STEP 4. VISA

Keep in mind that the VISA process and requirements may vary from country to country. For the majority of countries, there is no need to contact the Embassy or Consulate and VISA is granted on students’ arrival on the basis of the documents we provide.

After the Complete First Year Fees are received, we shall send you a Student VISA. We will take care of all the documents so students do not need to contact the Uzbek Embassy or Consulate. Students can get their electronic Student Visa or Visa on Arrival in 10 working days.

Students from India and Pakistan should contact the nearest Uzbekistan Embassy or Consulate. Students should apply to Uzbekistan Embassy with the following documents:

  • Passport
  • Completed and signed Visa Application Form
  • One colored photo 35 mm x 45 mm
  • Valid health insurance
  • Proof of sufficient financial funds
  • Payment of First-Year Fee
  • Original Invitation letter
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (attested at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country which issued the document)

Students will obtain their VISA upon arrival at the Uzbekistan Airport.

We do not recommend entering Uzbekistan on a visitor’s visa with the intention of being registered as a student at a later date. You should only enter the country with a student visa.

STEP 5. ARRIVAL

After completing a visa process at Uzbekistan Embassy or Consulate, you should inform us about the flight details with the date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case the student does not inform us about their arrival, they shall be deported back to their homeland.

Our company informs the Migration Service of Uzbekistan with the official letter about your arrival at the airport. When passing the passport control at the airport the Border Service verifies if the official representative mentioned in your official letter is meeting you.
